We are seeking a Platform Product Manager to own our highly-trafficked Responsive Web Platform. Our website serves millions of consumers across desktop and mobile-responsive form factors. As the product manager, you will ensure that our platform is both scalable and flexible enough to handle the multiple paths and facets of the Credit Sesame user journey. This requires working cross-functionally so that the segmented rules and data arrangements are both correctly implemented/maintained and properly exposed to our platform. You’ll be… handling feature requests, customer growth needs, and maintenance requirements that ensure success toward the continual expansion, governance, compliance, security, and technical upkeep of our responsive web platform; assisting in the management and maintenance of the data-rules that are exposed to the platform; leading product enhancement features aimed at ensuring our personalized credit management product works solidly and delivers consumer value as expected; collaborating with multiple Agile and Scrum teams, business development, and compliance leadership to develop insights and then prioritize new feature requirements and upkeep obligations; communicating the responsive web features, capabilities, and improvements across teams. You’ll make an impact because… you have 5+ years of experience creating and delivering consumer-facing web-based products in a product management role; you have successfully built innovative products and API development/integrations; you have an understanding of big picture, industry-leading technologies in web development; you have experience defining requirements across web & mobile-responsive platforms; you have experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products essential to growth, engagement, and retention; you have strong verbal and written communication skills; you are passionate about solving problems quickly, effectively, and in a team-managed way; you have a track record of working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and data-heads; you have the ability to deconstruct a big feature request into bite-size Agile steps; you have high technical acumen exemplified through a BS in a technical field or equivalent technical/software work experience.
