We’re building something that follows consumers over their lifetime.” Responsibilities: Own and lead feature development from ideation to value delivery Create detailed analyses in order to craft actionable product requirements Help measure, and improve the customer acquisition and engagement funnel across applications Work via scrum process with super motivated engineers, project managers and QA folks Collaborate with Engineering to lead product requests and build out enhancements Add to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn Collect and remove ambiguity on partner technical requirements. Build strong relationships with partners, including other Product Teams, Security, Legal, Customer Support, Client Implementations, Data Teams, and more. Stay on top of all relevant health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings Prefer action versus inaction, you are not afraid to be wrong Ability to think strategically and execute methodically You thrive in a busy environment and see ambiguity as a way to forge the future and change the status quo You are willing to speak up and fight for what you think is right Qualifications: Bachelors in computer science, math, data, statistics, financial planning and analysis, or similar fields 2+ years of successful industry experience being a product manager or 3+ years in a related space: business analyst, QA, project management, software engineer. 2+ years working in a dynamic environment focused on continuous product innovation Top-notch verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences You should have strong attention to detail including shown ability to run multiple, challenging priorities at a time Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary Confirmed ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
