Summary: Patriot One Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to join the Engineering team. The role of the Product Manager is to own, drive and develop innovative product solutions as well as manage their execution and delivery; as the key stakeholder in the product design/development process. Responsibilities: Engage with customers, UX designers, internal stakeholders, and product engineering to ensure all relevant inputs are included in product development and implementation Involvement and ownership in the Software Development Lifecyclce, from concept and design to development and implementation Working with Development and Quality Assurance to ensure timelines and scope of the SDLC are being correctly prioritized and executed Define, maintain, and publish project plan schedules by working with respective teams toward achieving target dates, including timely and tactful resolution of creative tension Possess a solid knowledge of financial controls and application of project management principles Drive a disciplined approach to MVP hardware & software product delivery including scope management Working closely with hardware teams, software teams and UI teams to unify communication and facilitate the shaping of product development, implementation direction and bridging expectations with senior management. Drive and organise product trials with customers, derive metrics to evaluate the product against customer requirements. Qualifications/Experience: 5+ years’ experience in a Product Management or similar role Engineering degree, with PMP certification a definite plus Experience working with multiple product lines and multi-disciplinary teams Demonstrated Product Management experience in electronic hardware and software solutions Excellent understanding of Agile Methodology and the SDLC Experience in RF, Microwave and/or RADAR technology is considered a valuable asset Demonstrated experience and ability in working with end clients, partners, key stakeholders and technical staff Proven ability to influence, communicate across the organization, and drive product development execution Excellent presentation and communications skills Terms: Full time-permanent role in the Greater Toronto area.
