The Recruiting Product Team's mission is to develop technology to identify and hire the most talented people in the world, at Facebook scale, and productize it. We grew to 25,000 employees in December 2017 (a YoY 47% increase), we have one of the largest internal recruiting teams in the world, and we maintain an extremely high bar for talent. Operating at this scale requires re-thinking the whole recruiting paradigm, and shipping unique products, internally and externally. 
We are looking for Product Managers who are passionate about the recruiting industry and want to disrupt it. You will work on reinventing recruiting, leveraging AI, social and messaging platforms, and thought leadership on diversity, to help connect the best people with the right job. You will leverage our unique strengths, our people, our culture, data and machine learning, to hire the best talent on the planet.
  •  Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of internal enterprise software products.
  •  Partner closely with Product Managers (Sales and Marketing, HR, Recruiting) to gain deep understanding of process, systems and pain points.
  •  Transform your expertise in enterprise software and mobile technologies into innovative solutions and products for Facebook.
  • Use data to define metrics for the initiatives, measure current state and track attainment of stated metrics.
  •  Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of internal enterprise software products.
  •  Work with customers and UI engineers to design products.
  •  Work closely with software engineers to build products.
  •  Lead the implementation and adoption of projects.
  •  Minimum two years experience in building software products.
  •  Experience as a product manager, engineering manager, or CTO working with different sets of clients.
  •  Experience using data to solve business problems.
  •  Experience leading through influence.
  •  Communication and presentation experience.
  •  BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Stats, or equivalent experience.
  •  Deep Internet business knowledge, especially with online advertising, CRM or solutions for HR and Recruiting.
