  • Own and lead feature development from ideation to value delivery
  • Create detailed analyses in order to craft actionable product requirements
  • Help measure, and improve the customer acquisition and engagement funnel across applications
  • Work via scrum process with super motivated engineers, project managers and QA folks
  • Collaborate with Engineering to lead product requests and build out enhancements
  • Add to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn
  • Collect and remove ambiguity on partner technical requirements. Build strong relationships with partners, including other Product Teams, Security, Legal, Customer Support, Client Implementations, Data Teams, and more.
  • Stay on top of all relevant health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings
  • Prefer action versus inaction, you are not afraid to be wrong
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • You thrive in a busy environment and see ambiguity as a way to forge the future and change the status quo
  • You are willing to speak up and fight for what you think is right


  • Bachelors in computer science, math, data, statistics, financial planning and analysis, or similar fields
  • 2+ years of successful industry experience being a product manager or 3+ years in a related space: business analyst, QA, project management, software engineer.
  • 2+ years working in a dynamic environment focused on continuous product innovation
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
  • You should have strong attention to detail including shown ability to run multiple, challenging priorities at a time
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
  • Confirmed ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
