Help us define the future of Care@Work, Care.com's fastest growing business unit, by spearheading product innovation that improves customer engagement and utilization. In this role, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team driving user experience innovation for a wide variety of customers across desktop, mobile web, and native apps.

The ideal candidate has a drive to solve and prioritize customer needs, is flexible and appreciates empathizing with users and enjoys creating meaningful and relatable products. This product manager should be collaborative, comfortable with facilitating cross-functional alignment, and decision making.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ownership of product roadmap and requirements includes both gathering and communicating in detail how and why a feature should work
  • Taking a customer first approach with all decision making
  • Setting and meeting aggressive goals through data-driven iteration
  • Lead integration efforts with third-party products and services
  • Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful product launch
  • Leading the cross functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development
  • Coordinating deliverables and timelines with the extended team (including remote employees)

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 of those years in product management
  • Experience working for a tech company, preferably a consumer-oriented or marketplace service
  • Experience with developing product requirements and user interfaces in a mobile-first environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and produce high-quality results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have experience in a B2B environments and a B2B2C environment is a plus
