General Summary
As Product Manager, Ecommerce, you will be responsible for supporting product strategy to improve the customer experience and drive revenue for Charlotte Russe & Peek Kids websites. The position will collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, developers and vendor partners to establish business and technical requirements and track them through the process to a successful and on-time delivery of functionality/optimizations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Partners with senior leaders on program level strategy development and execution.
    • Helps drive the product discovery process and effectively communicates business requirements.
    • Contributes to successful continuous delivery of product roadmaps, within budget and schedule, by identifying risks and developing/ recommending mitigation strategies.
    • Builds strong working relationship with teams across the organization to help support business strategies and initiatives.
    • Own product requirement definition and documentation.
    • Manage day-to-day operations and clarify requirements by conducting brainstorm sessions with inter-departmental teams to define product and technology requirements
    • Creates and analyzes regular and ad hoc reporting to monitor business KPI’s and to measure the effectiveness of product enhancements.
    • Maintains market awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape to help identify necessary updates and new opportunities.
    • Manages vendor partners to help solve customer and business problems and collaborate to drive for new innovations that best meet business needs and strategy. 

Qualifications

    • Experience integrating various 3rd party pixels in the context of Ecommerce, including platform compatibility, data capture/validation, performance, among others.
    • Exhibits both technical and business understanding.
    • Previous experience with sourcing activities; RFP, Analysis, Contracts, and Negotiations
    • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to deliver expected results on time
    • Must have extremely strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop internal and external relationships; collaborating across multiple business and technology functions, relationship building, and consensus building are essential
    • Self-motivated and results oriented individual able to work independently and work collaboratively with a team

Requirements

    • 4-5 years of Ecommerce experience
    • Thorough understanding of end-to-end Ecommerce (Demand Generation, UI/UX, Checkout Funnel, Fulfillment, Customer Service)
    • Experience with and delivering Business Requirements Documents (BRD) & Request for Proposals (RFP)
    • Familiarity with content management and A/B testing tools
    • Familiarity with web analytics tools (preferably Adobe Omniture Analytics) and experience using data to make decisions
    • Understanding of Omni-Channel capabilities preferred
    • Experience in Scrum/Agile development methodology
