You will be working on big, complex projects across many departments and teams ideating and managing end-to-end growth products. 

In this role you will:

  • work closely with engineering, design and product to bring features to market and develop and grow new digital properties for BirdEye.
  • Grow DAU on BirdEye's portfolio of digital properties
  • Ideate and ship organic growth programs to grow MQL, SQL
  • Launch products on a regular basis.
  • Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
  • Inform, influence, support, and execute our growth strategy.
  • Measure, track, and analyze programs effectiveness and performance
  • Contribute in managing and scaling the growth team, recruiting additional A+ players to support hyper-growth


  • Your true north is growth.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • You're passionate about growth hacking.
  • You're an effective Product Manager, meticulous about shipping.
  • You understand what it takes to build products that millions of users are interested in
  • You're an experienced and accomplished collaborator who jumps in when needed; whether its an email, help drafting a tweet, or thinking through headlines on a landing page
  • You have an insane, unrelenting curiosity. You have more questions than answers, and that’s great.
  • You have a strong history of working in or running effective growth programs
