We are seeking a Product Manager to help us help research and develop the next generation enterprise technology blueprint for ADURO. This multi-hat manager will be called upon to research enterprise competitor and partner solutions, dream up the next wave of features which will delight users’ senses, build a new business plan for our coaching and employee assistance program offers, as well as develop functional product specs which support ADURO’s long term platform design vision. This technical and business thought leader will help drive app bug resolution and feature planning, working with our engineering and leadership stakeholders on ad-hoc basis supporting a broad range of technology and business initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong domain expert with the “tools of the trade” – ninja like familiarity with technology product development, new business development, monetization, onboarding, enterprise client experience and a high degree of comfort in working with technical engineers. Extra kudos if you have a background in coaching, program management, biometrics screening services, behavioral health and/or employee assistance programs. This person will possess a proven track record of building effective partnerships across business and engineering teams, thinking critically and analytically, and a relentless attention to the intersection of design and functional throughput. Skills + Experience. Successful candidates will be a proven self-starter with at least 2-4 years of full-time experience; either academic or industry experiences conducting formal product management experience, including problem definition, user data and feedback acquisition, user data and feedback exploration and visualization, evaluating and comparing results, deploying models, iteratively improving the solution, and building the tools for a successful research process etc.
